Since you’ve been building your website with FrontPage or Expression Web Designer, we’re only going to cover publishing your website using these tools. There are several methods for publishing your website, but NONE of them provide the ease of use found with FrontPage or Expression Web Designer.

One of the advantages of publishing your website to a FrontPage or SharePoint enabled server is that your form pages will automatically be set up, and you can log into your LIVE site, and make changes to your LIVE web site directly on the server. This is great for quick updates.
