Open up FrontPage
Select "Open Web" from the "File" menu
Enter the remote url for your website. Example: http:www.yourweb.com
Another dialog box will open asking you for your username/password for your FrontPage website -- enter login information and click "Okay"
Select "Publish Web" from the "File" menu
When it asks you where you wish to publish the site to, "Browse" to a location on your local computer, create a new folder, then select that folder and click the "Open" button
If asked "The location you selected is not a FrontPage web, FrontPage needs to convert it" click "Okay"
Click the "Publish Web" button
If alerted "The following files will not work on a server without FrontPage Extensions", click "Continue".
If asked "The destination navigation differs from your local navigation structure, what do you wish to do?", always select "Replace". Never select "Merge"
